Patricia aka Pat/Patti/Patti Jo/Grandma Woo is a native Hoosier and Butler Bulldog. A former reporter, editor & publisher, she's been a PR pro for the last 15 years, launching P&A in 2010. She's grandma to 5 amazing grandchildren who are practically perfect in every way and married to the love of her life.
Andrea helps brands attract, convert and retain buyers through content that breeds trust and drives them to whip out their credit cards. Clients tell us they appreciate her knack for translating dry, complex concepts into language that’s relatable, easy to digest and remember. A 20-year marketing veteran, Andrea has a master’s in journalism from Harvard University.
Angie is a stay-at-home graphic designer with over 20 years experience. She's assisted with launching new brands, creating logos, designing newsletters, brochures, ads, magazines and more. She loves working with clients to see their vision take life through design. When not attached to her iMac, Angie loves camping, hiking, and exploring the country with her husband and 3 kids, Ella, Lucas, and Abigail.
Jenny is passionate about helping clients shine in strategic and engaging ways, while moving “the needle” on overall business goals. Her all-star account management skills and the ability to keep all the ducks in a row on projects has lovingly coined her ‘Den Mother’ from a long-term P & A client. She’s a total SEO and analytics nerd and gets giddy when it’s month end reporting time. She has a knack for earned media placements and a great love for highlighting small business. When not kicking butt and taking names for P & A, you can find her cheering on her two kiddos or football coaching hubby, nose deep in a good book, blogging or sipping an iced Chai at one of her favorite local coffee shops.
After a career in marketing and radio advertising in the Indy market, Ann-Marie began the lifestyle blog Chaos Is Bliss in 2010. There she shares her favorite recipes, a smidge of crafting and lots of ways to spend less. When not delivering social media impressions for P&A clients, you can find her fundraising for the Humane Society for Hamilton County, trying a new craft brewery or exploring travel spots with her family.
Ann Marie Rohe
Jillian is the owner of Blue Iris Marketing where she helps grow Indiana-based small businesses by expanding their footprint in the online world. Her role with P&A is designing and developing websites for our clients. Jillian is a unique marketer in that she is sharp, direct and concise. She likes to cut to the chase, but anyone that knows her will tell you she’s full of surprises. In her spare time, Jillian studies science, astronomy, genealogy, and psychology. She also enjoys wineries, breweries, belly laughs, cuddling with her pup, camping, music, nature, and being an aunt.
Marissa is a professional freelance writer with a knack for writing smart and concise content. She enjoys working with clients on strategic blogs, social media campaigns, and researching trends. Her time outside of work is usually spent DIY-ing, catching up on podcasts, or playing with her husband, Casey, and son, Parker.
Rose is a freelance consultant specializing in writing and the social media aspect of communications strategy. She also teaches yoga part time, specializing in postpartum and motherhood. In her spare time, she enjoys stomping through the woods with her kids, staring down piles of laundry with her laser eyes until they fold themselves, reading, playing music, and whipping up concoctions as a kitchen witch.
Carolyn is the owner/operator of Media 37- a full-service media house that seeks to serve the needs of small businesses and companies throughout the Indianapolis area with expertise in videography, photography, audio production and editing.
Emily is a marketing strategist and owner of Evergreen Strategic Communications. Her passion lies with helping clients raise their digital presence through social media, email and website marketing. Her experience in the nonprofit and higher education industries has given her the skillset to figure out any challenge you throw at her. In her free time, you can find Emily on a paddleboard with her pup, practicing yoga, and coming up with new recipes from her garden’s harvest.
Emily Heck, MBA
Kat has 7 years of professional graphic design experience, and loves creating beautiful designs for clients. With a background in fine art and illustration, she brings her artist sensibilities to every project—big and small. With her husband and two sons she shares a love of astronomy, nerd culture, and animals. She is also a professional musician, playing music all around Central Indiana with her two-piece band, Mama's Homemade.
Chris has been creating commercial and editorial images for over 25 years. You have seen his photos all over Indiana and didn’t even know it. He lives in downtown Indy with his wife, Jenn and loves walking his dog, George--usually followed by a Negroni.
