  • Patricia Pickett, APR

    President

    Patricia is a former reporter, editor and publisher who made the transition to public relations in 2005. She holds an accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America (APR), a distinction held by approximately 5,000 of the country’s estimated 270,000 public relations professionals.

  • Jennifer Lear

    Account Manager

    Jenny's outstanding organizational and marketing skills have made her a vital member of the Pickett & Associates team. Her savvy professional and personal marketing efforts earned her recognition as the Fortville/McCordsville Area Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business Person of the Year in 2013 and Fortville Business Professional Women of the Year in 2014.

  • Kat Wedmore

    Graphic Design/Illustration

    Kat has a knack for taking a few key words or a simple idea and transforming them into effective, engaging images consistent with your brand. She has a passion for creating unique digital graphics as well as hand-drawn illustrations and calligraphy/typography. Her design skills have been used to create print materials, advertisements, branded images for social media, infographics, logo design & branding, etc. Kat is also a proficient writer and social media manager, which has made her a "Jill-of-all-trades" at Pickett & Associates and a valuable asset to clients for four years.

  • Beth Buddenbaum

    Digital Marketing

    Beth is a strategic and creative marketing and communications professional with an MBA in eBusiness and experience executing successful local and international marketing campaigns. She has an aptitude for creative communications and the proven capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively leading cross-functional teams. Beth is a results-proven strategist with a passion for marketing and the impact it can have on the growth of an organization when implemented and tracked effectively. 

  • Andrea Emerson

    Content Strategist

    Andrea helps brands attract, convert, and retain buyers through content that breeds trust and drives them to whip out their credit cards. Her forté is long-form, journalistic-style content — the kind that keeps readers engaged through the end, delivers a boatload of value, and makes dry, complex concepts easy to digest. A 16-year marketing veteran, Andrea is currently pursuing her masters in journalism at Harvard University.

    As the owner and creator of K Design Co., Kristin helps small businesses achieve their strategic goals and support their marketing efforts through design and consulting services, including: branding, graphic design, web design and event promotion design. Her passion for design paired with a background in marketing creates a powerful and versatile combination to help address small business design needs.

    Maria is an editorial designer at heart. She loves working as part of a team to tell a story where words and art come together for a common goal. Maria has an easy-going personality and a love for pop culture, social media, crafting and her family which are apparent in her work.

    Anna Koehl is a recent graduate from Indiana University with a Telecommunications degree and a minor in Marketing. She has internship experience with social media/digital marketing.

    Susan is an expert in content creation including blogs, email, web copy and press releases and is a trained HubSpot Consultant.
    In addition, she contributes to Social Media strategies that meet measurable client objectives. An IU grad, she resides in Hamilton County with her husband and children.

    Clay is the website wizard every marketing team needs. He is a multi-talented web developer who takes all the brainstormed ideas we dream up and makes them come true. He is an excellent source of information and always makes sure the websites we create are as functional as they are beautiful. 

  • Chris Bucher

    Photography

    An Indiana native, Chris Bucher is an award-winning commercial photographer, artist and author whose work is extremely diverse. For over 20 years he has worked on commercial and editorial assignments that have taken him around the country. Chris has written two educational books about photography, Lighting Photo Workshop and Black & White Photo Workshop. He lives in Downtown Indy with his wife Jennifer where you’ll often see them walking their Belgian shepherd, George, probably on their way to a brewpub.
